In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and a signed Student Agreement, the signed Student Agreement shall control.

10. Mandatory Internal Resolution of Privacy Concerns

This requirement supplements dispute procedures outlined in signed agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMS Aesthetic LLC shall not be liable for:

• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Special damages
• Punitive damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Reputational harm
• Emotional distress

arising out of or related to data access, storage, transmission, or security incidents.

If liability is imposed by a court of competent jurisdiction, total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to LMS Aesthetic LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory, including contract, negligence, statutory claim, or otherwise, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Venue for any permitted legal proceeding shall lie in Orange County, Florida, unless binding arbitration provisions in applicable agreements apply.
