Terms and Conditions Agreement

By checking the box below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the trainings held by Leticia Marcelino and Camo Academy:

1. Prohibition of Recording and Capturing Content:

   • I understand and agree that I am strictly prohibited from taking photographs, screenshots, or making any form of recording of the live training session. This includes, but is not limited to, the presentation, the presenter, and any images or materials shown during the session.

2. Restriction on Copying and Sharing:

   • I understand and agree that copying, sharing, distributing, or reproducing any materials, images, or videos presented during the live training session without obtaining prior written permission signed by a representative of Leticia Marcelino or CamoAcademy.com is strictly prohibited.

3. Legal Consequences:

   • I acknowledge that unauthorized recording, copying, or sharing of the content is illegal and may result in legal action. Such actions are subject to copyright laws and privacy protection regulations, and violators will be held accountable under the relevant laws.

4. Applicable Laws:

   • This agreement and the actions prohibited herein are governed by several laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

     • U.S. Federal Law: Title 17 of the United States Code (U.S. Copyright Act) governs the protection of copyrighted materials and prohibits unauthorized reproduction and distribution.

     • Florida State Law: Florida Statutes Chapter 540 addresses commercial exploitation of recorded materials, including unauthorized recording and distribution.

     • Privacy Laws: Both federal and state privacy laws, including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and relevant sections of the Florida Privacy Protection Act, govern the unauthorized recording and dissemination of private communications.
